Macho Cave is an Australian based and owned business. www.machocave.com.au is a website that is owned and operated under (ABN 96 648 874 220).

Agreement

When you place an order with us, you voluntarily enter into an agreement between you and Macho Cave subject to the terms below:

  • You agree to make a purchase based on the price shown on the website.
  • You will receive a confirmation email along with a copy of the tax invoice detailing your information. This is a confirmation that we have accepted your order with the specified price including the shipping cost.
  • We will not be liable for all wrong information entered which resulted the order being lost in transit or returned to us. So please check your information thoroughly during the ordering process.
  • If any items in your order is not available, we reserve the rights to cancel the order and payment made will be refunded in full.
  • We reserve the rights to cancel the agreement between us at any given time if deem necessary. Payment made for the order will be refunded in full.
  • We reserve the rights to change or discontinue any items sold at any time.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, and. There is no surcharge or interest on any payment methods on our website. However late fees may apply on Afterpay, and. Please view their terms and conditions for more details.

Price

All currency shown on the website is in Australian Dollars and includes GST. If you are paying using a foreign card which charges you in a foreign currency, the exchange rate will be based on your credit card company policy. Both charges and refunds are only made in Australian Dollars and we are not responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.

All prices are correct at the time it is shown on the website. In the unlikely event that there are pricing errors, we will get in contact with you with the options for you to pay the price difference or cancel the order for a full refund. We reserve the rights to make any changes to the price at any time.

Final cost of your orders includes a flat rate shipping cost unless specified.

 

Promo Codes

Only one promo code can be used at checkout. Promo codes that we advertise will expire at the date mentioned in the advertisement and we reserve the right to discontinue any promo code without notice.

Promo codes will give you a discount on the total price of all items excluding the shipping cost unless stated otherwise.

If a promo code has been used inappropriately or has not met the terms and conditions from an email newsletter or advertising materials; we reserve the right to cancel or edit the final price of an invoice.

Items Description and Availability

All items are being described to the best of our ability and knowledge. Should there be any discrepancy between the description and the actual product, we will accept the liability to replace the item or make a full refund but not liable to make any compensation due to any loss.

All images of the items shown on the website are for illustrative purposes only. While we try our best to display the images as accurately as possible, please note that the items’ image or colour displayed on your device’s monitor may vary and may not truly reflect the actual item. We do not guarantee that colour will be an exact match to the actual product.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to send your order out within the estimated time frame as mention on our website. In the event that we are unable to fulfil the order within the estimated time frame due to some unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified on the phone or email.

Our agreement is considered complete when you received your order at the delivery address provided. The items will be under your responsibility from the completion onwards unless the item is found faulty or damaged in transit. All warranty is with manufacturer and not Macho Cave. You should retain any warranty information or packaging of the item you received. Follow the instruction of the product manufacturer in any case of fault or consult the manufacturers for repair and replacement policy.

Returns and Refunds

We generally accept all returns and our terms are coherent with your statutory rights.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or simply change your mind, you have up 30 days from the day of your purchase to return any change of mind purchase for a refund of the price of the items. All items need to be in its original resalable condition as received, unopened and unused.

Items such as food, perishable, custom made and personal hygiene related products are excluded from the 30-day money back guarantee policy and cannot be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty. These items are marked respectively under the Shipping and Returns tab in their description.

To make a return, you will need to let us know your intention to return the item first by emailing or calling us before sending them back to us in the post so we know to look out for your parcel. You are advised to use a reliable method of postage; registered post is recommended. You will be responsible for the returned parcel until it reaches us. We have the rights to refuse an exchange or refund if the order was placed more than 30 days ago or if the returned item is damaged, used and/or without its original packaging.

Upon inspection, if the items satisfied the criteria of the conditions mentioned above, a refund will be made within 3 – 5 working days using the same method of payment you used when you make the purchase. Refunds are for the price of the items only excluding shipping cost.

Macho Cave reserves the rights to revise these terms at any time. You are advised to check the terms for each time you place an order with us. These terms are governed by Australian consumer law. If any part of our agreement and terms is not complying the law, the Australian consumer law will overwrite ours.
